Employment certificate.(AEE/ AE/ JE / Reg. Contractor/ BDO/ Sarpanch/ Labour Officer/ Inspector)
Xerox Copy of ID proof (Adhaar Card).
Bank Account Passbook.
Go to: www.jkbocw.gov.in to register yourself.
Registration fee is Rs. 10/= only. Monthly contribution is Rs. 120/= per annum only.
